Recovering a text document is a matter of your peace of mind and the safety of the data stored in it. Depending on the nature of the malfunction, you can restore the document yourself or contact a specialist.
Instructions
Step 1
If the data has been deleted from the open for editing Word, try to undo the deletion. To do this, click the "back" arrow in the toolbar at the top or the "Ctrl-Z" key combination.
Step 2
If the deletion is not canceled, close the file without saving the changes and reopen it. If the data was not recovered, do nothing, close the file. See a specialist.
Step 3
If the file is deleted, there is still no reason to panic. Try to undo the deletion with the combination “Ctrl-Z”. If that doesn't work, open the trash can and find the file. Right click on it and select the "Restore" command. The main thing is to know where the file will be restored (to the original folder).
Step 4
If the file is not in the recycle bin, turn off the computer, suppress the panic attack and the desire to fix something. See a specialist.
