Step 1
First, imagine the structure of the future network. Considering the fact that we are talking about an office network, printers will certainly be present in it. They can be connected either to a network hub or to computers (depending on the printer model). Find out if the future network will include laptops.

If the network will be built using all of the above devices, then purchase a Wi-Fi router. If the number of wired devices is more than the number of LAN ports in the router, then purchase another network hub.

Install a Wi-Fi router in your office and connect it to AC power. Connect all computers and printers with this device (if they have the ability to connect via the LAN port). Turn on any of these computers. Open your browser. Write the IP address of the Wi-Fi router in the address bar.

The main menu of equipment settings will open in front of you. Go to Internet Setup. Change the settings according to the recommendations of the provider. Be sure to set a password to access the router and turn on the DHCP function.
Step 5
Go to the Wireless Setup menu. Enter the SSID (Name) of the future wireless network and the password to access it. Select the types of security and radio signal. Save the settings and reboot the router.
Step 6
Now you need to configure computers and printers, because laptops will access the Internet immediately after connecting to a wireless hotspot.
Step 7
If you have connected the printer to a router, open its settings and set a static (permanent) IP address for it. This is very important because every time you turn on the router, this device will give the printer a new address, which will greatly complicate access to it.
Step 8
If the printer is connected to any computer, then a static address must be set for this PC. Be sure to enter the Wi-Fi IP address of the router in the "Default gateway" and "Preferred DNS server" fields.
