If you have ever had a real DSLR camera in your hands, then you probably felt a passionate hunt for someone or something to photograph. Over time, any photographer accumulates a large number of pictures on the computer. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a professional, photographs tend to accumulate. Before the advent of digital cameras, photographs could not accumulate so quickly, buying film and printing photographs was a constant expense of the photographer. There is a saying: "If you want to ruin a person, give him a camera." To put things in order among all the pictures, you can use special utilities.
Necessary
Google Picasa software
Instructions
Step 1
Today, a large company, Google, has presented its product called Picasa. It suits both photographers and web designers. The program provides a whole gigabyte of personal space on the network, i.e. you can upload photos to the server while staying in the same program.
Step 2
If you copy all your photos from your camera into one folder, for example, "My Pictures", then sometimes it will be difficult to find the desired frame. Picasa will be able to scan the folders that contain all of your photos, then it will categorize them, i.e. they can be sorted by creation date, type, etc.
Step 3
When copying your photos to a computer, do not forget that any miracle of technology does not last forever. One day, you may come home, and your hard drive will be unreadable, therefore, it is worth thinking about prematurely backing up your data. Try to copy your photos to DVDs more often.
Step 4
The most important pictures for you can be placed on your personal server. You can copy photos up to one gigabyte in size. These photos will last forever. Optionally, it is possible to place photos in a hidden folder. Images from a hidden folder will only be available to you.
