It is not difficult to create a site backup. You will need to copy the site database itself, as well as the site itself and all the files located inside it. To copy the site database, you can use a special script or copy the database manually through the PhpMyAdmin service. If you decide to copy the database using a script, find the script that matches your CMS. For example, for Joomla, you can use the Akeeba Backup script, for Wordpress - WP-DB-Backup, and so on.

Alternatively, you can use the versatile Sypex Dumper plugin. Download the script, copy the script folder and upload it to your hosting. Change CHMOD on a number of folders in accordance with the readme file, and then type https://yoursite.ru/sxd in the address bar of the browser to activate the script execution. When prompted, enter the username and password for the database.
Step 3
If you decide to copy the database via PhpMyAdmin, enter your username and password on this service to log in to the system, and then select the "Export" option. Select databases and export type (sql). Click OK to save the database to your computer.
Step 4
In addition to the database, you need to copy the files of your site to your computer. To do this, you can use several different programs - for example, the Alfaungzipper program, which completely saves and archives the entire site in gz format, keeping the site structure.

Also, to copy files and track the status of your hosting, you can use the SatCommander program. With this program you can connect to an FTP server and copy the entire site to a separate folder.
