Step 1
There is a program made specifically for playing flv video format. It is called "FLVPlayer4Free" It is completely free and completely in Russian. Download it from here:
Step 2
Run the installer file that we downloaded, it is called "flvplayer4free_setup". The installation will be in English, but don't worry - the program itself will be in Russian.
Step 3
After starting the installer, click the "Next" button in the window that appears. Read the license agreement and click on "I accept the agreement", and then click on the "Next" button. In the next window select "Quick installation (recommended)" and click "Install". The program will start installing.
Step 4
After the program is installed, a window will appear informing that the program has been successfully installed on the computer. Click Finish.
Step 5
After that, a window will appear with a choice of language. Select "Russian" and click "OK". The next window that appears informs about the updates. Read the entire text and click "No". The program starts. That's all, now the program for playing flv files is fully installed on the computer.
Step 6
Now you need to make sure that flv files are always played in this program. To do this, find the required flv-file, right-click on it and select the "Properties" item. In the window that opens, there is a line "Application", and next to it is a button "Change". Click on it. Next, a window with a list of programs will appear. Select the item "FLVPlayer4FREE FREE FLV Player" in it and click "OK".
Step 7
Ready! To check it, double-click on the flv file, and it will immediately be played in FLVPlayer4Free.
