Step 1

Log in with your account and restart your computer.

Step 2

Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del key combination twice and enter the username with administrator privileges in the corresponding field. If you cannot define a username with administrator privileges, use the value "Administrator" in the "Username" field.

Step 3

Enter the administrator password in the Password field and click OK to confirm the command. If it is impossible to define the administrator password, leave the Password field blank.

Step 4

Click the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the system and go to the "Run" item.

Enter control userpasswords2 in the Open field and click OK to confirm the command.

Go to the "Users" tab and specify the account to change the password.
