During posting of the document in "1C" the accountant may encounter the entry "There is a previously posted document". This is due to the fact that the point of relevance has moved back a certain period. And until she returns at the time of the current document, the accountant will not be able to post a single document. To do this, you need to change the point of relevance.
Necessary

Instructions
Step 1
If there are few registered users in the system, you can use the standard method of changing the point of relevance. To do this, inform users to exit the program and enter 1C in exclusive mode.
Step 2
Open the general document journal, which shows all entered documents in the program. In this journal, you can see absolutely all types of documents according to a given criterion established by the accountant and change some parameters of the records
Step 3
Set the parameters of the general journal of documents "quick selection" to the position "absent". In this case, the document journal will show absolutely all documents entered into the 1C program.
Step 4
Place the cursor on the last document that was posted, and in the context menu select "Set the point of relevance to document". This will move the point of relevance to the required date.
Step 5
The program will ask the question: "Change the point of relevance?" The answer is yes. And in the new window that opens, click "Run". The point of relevance has been changed.
Step 6
If there are too many users on the system, it will take too long to change the relevance point in exclusive mode. Run a special utility that, when opened, shows a list of databases connected on this computer. Select the necessary base, the utility will display the parameters of the actuality point.
Step 7
Set new parameters for the point of relevance and click the "Set TA" button.
