The possibilities of digital photography allow you to combine several different pictures, turning them into one picture. Fragments of one image can be easily inserted into another using the popular graphics editor Photoshop.

Instructions

Step 1

Open Photoshop and load an image into it that will serve as a background base and a picture that you want to overlay on top.

Step 2

If the picture does not have a transparent background, select the Lasso tool from the toolbar (invoked by pressing the L key). Right-clicking on it, take one of the tool options, depending on which fragment you want to cut.

Having enlarged the picture, select the desired fragment by moving with the help of mouse clicks along the contour of the object.

Step 3

Now take the Move tool (called by pressing the V key) and, hooking the selection, drag it onto the background image. The program will ask if you want to cut the fragment. Answer by clicking the Crop button. The selected fragment will be transferred to the background image.

Step 4

Without changing the tool, move the fragment to the desired area of the background.

Step 5

Now we need to smooth out the sharp outlines of the pasted fragment using the Smudge tool (called by pressing the R key). Draw along the outline of the fragment and you will see how the sharp edges have been smoothed out. The smaller the digital value of the tool, the more accurate the smoothing will be.

Step 6

It remains to merge the layers by pressing Ctrl + Shift + E and save the resulting image.
