Step 1
To do this, go to "Start" and select "Run". In the "Command Line" enter the word "cmd". With the command "route print" you can determine the address of the modem. It is usually registered as a gateway. Then, in any browser, enter "https:// ip.." in the address bar, where ip is the address you looked at. Click search. Enter your login and password admin. Check if the modem is connected using Ethernet technology. Check the ping to the modem. Press the win key (with the windows logo) + R. Enter the string "ping 192.168.1.1".

If you cannot access the modem, click the "Control Panel" column. Select "Network and Sharing Center". Click on the "LAN" tab. A window will appear (properties, disable, diagnostics). Click "Properties." Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)". Click "Properties" again and follow the instructions that appear.
Step 3
If you cannot enter the modem, and the telephone cord is connected to it, then disconnect the cord. Reboot your computer. The modem also needs to be rebooted. This will reset the previously set settings. Then look at what IP address is registered in the local network protocol. Correctly configure the IP and routes on the modem. Try to log in to the modem again. If all else fails, go to the site of the modem manufacturer, download the manual there. Complete all the requirements that are indicated there.

Go to the start menu. Click the Run button. Enter in the command line "cmd" and then "telnet 192.168.1.1". Open any browser and enter "https://192.168.1.1/". A window will open in front of you, where enter the password 1234. Click the "Login" button. Leave the fields blank and click the Ignore button. Select "Go to Advanced setup" and click the "Apply" button. Go to the "Network" menu, then "WAN" and "Internet Connection". A window will open where you can configure the modem.
