If you have a small picture of good quality, you can easily increase its size without noticeable loss of image clarity. To do this, use a few best practices for resizing a photo in Photoshop.
Instructions
Step 1
First thing you need to do is open the image in Photoshop. This can be done by selecting the Open item from the File menu.
Step 2
Now select the Image menu and click Image Size.
Step 3
In the dialog box that opens, change the Width value to the number you need, for example 1200. The image height will be determined automatically if the Constrain Proportions item is checked.
Step 4
Click OK, and your image will be enlarged in size, and the finished result will be displayed in the main window of Photoshop.

Now click on the File menu and choose Save as to save the finished image.
Step 6
Select the file name and folder where you want to save the result, and save the photo in maximum quality.
