This is a freely distributed freeware program, download "FVD Suite" to your computer and run it.

Click on the "Add" button and mark the flv file you want to modify.

If you want to set additional change settings, the utility will offer you all possible options.

Then select the folder where you want to save the new file after conversion. This can be done using the “Destination” - “Browse” steps.
