You can log in to Windows using the classic login and the welcome page. The first method involves entering a username and password. In the second case, before booting the system, a screen appears with a friendly inscription.

Step 1
If this picture annoys you, you can change the login method. In the "Control Panel" double-click on the "User Accounts" node and follow the link "Change user logon …" Uncheck the "Use the welcome page" item and confirm by clicking "Apply settings"

If you want to use classic login, enter a password for each account. To do this, click on it with the mouse and in a new window follow the link "Create a password". Enter characters in the appropriate fields and create a password hint if you deem necessary

To speed up your login as quickly as possible, you can use the Auto Login option. From the Start menu, click Run and type control userpasswords2 in the Open line. In the new window, uncheck the box next to Require username and password. Use OK to confirm your changes

You can automate logon by editing the Windows Registry. Open the program launch window and enter the regedit command. In Registry Editor, locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWinlogon hive

On the right side of the screen, find the DefaultUserName and DefaultPassword parameters, double-click them and enter your username and password in the Parameters field.

If the DefaultPassword parameter does not exist, create it. To do this, right-click on an empty space in the parameters section, click "New" and select "String parameter". Enter a name and press Enter. Double click on the name and type the password in the "Value" field.
Step 7
Double-click the string parameter AutoAdminLogon and write “1” in the “Value” field. If this parameter is not present, create it as described above. Close the editor and restart your computer and you will be logged in automatically.
