Email is perhaps one of the most important services used on the Internet. If you enter your username and password, but you cannot enter your mail, you may have forgotten your identification data or the server on which it is located.

Step 1
Try to enter your username and password again, first check that the Caps Lock key is not active and that the keyboard layout is in Latin (not Russian).
Step 2
When entering data (login and password), enter from the keyboard, and do not copy from the clipboard, since when copying, you may accidentally insert a space.
Step 3
Ask the friends with whom you corresponded to help you, they probably have in their mail the letters you sent, from where they could give the name of the email.
Step 4
If you can't remember the login, go through the access restoration procedure. If you cannot go through the procedure, you will be offered a contact form in the Support Service. It is obligatory to fill in all fields in the questionnaire. They will help you find and restore access if you filled in all the data reliably and correctly during registration.
Step 5
If you lost your password, then enter the password recovery page and write your username based on the information you left during registration - a mobile, security question with an answer, or an additional email address. You will be prompted for one of them to recover your password.
Step 6
If all else fails, start a new mail. And save the username and password from it in several places, for example, a file on your home and work computer, notes on your phone, an entry in your diary.
