Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to start the Microsoft Office program, if you have one. If it is not there, then you can download the installer from the Internet or buy a disc at any specialized store. You can download this program from the official website of Microsoft Corporation

Step 2

After you have launched the program, go to the "Insert" tab, which is located on the toolbar in the left corner of the window.

Step 3

Then find the "Illustrations" section. It will offer you a fairly large list of additional modules (for example, shapes, diagram, drawing, clip, and so on) that you can use while working on your document. In our case, you need to click on the "Diagram" button.

Step 4

As a result, a new window should open in front of you, in which a large list of chart types will be presented: graph, pie, histogram, bar, dot, surface, stock, bubble, ring, radar. You can build all these diagrams using Microsoft Word 2007. To build a graph, you need to select the appropriate button.

Step 5

Next, a small Microsoft Excel window will appear, in which you need to specify certain values on which your chart will be built. Do not forget to enter all the names in the graph, so that later it will be more convenient for you to work with values. After confirming the creation of the graph, you will see it on the current page of the document. You can edit this schedule at any time.

Step 6

If after working with the schedule its appearance does not suit you, then it can be changed at any time to a more suitable one. To do this, right-click on the chart and select Change Chart Type. In the new window, click on the appropriate chart type and click "OK". Your graph will automatically change its appearance.
