It is necessary

  • - network cables;
  • - additional network card.

Instructions

Step 1

First, create a cable connection between the two computers. To do this, simply connect their network adapters together using a network cable. After both computers are powered on, their network adapters will automatically obtain IP addresses. It is extremely inconvenient to use such a network, because the IP data will constantly change.

Step 2

Use the connection you made to provide both computers with synchronous Internet access. Install an additional network card in one of the computers. Connect the internet connection cable to it.

Step 3

Create and configure this connection, guided by the requirements of your provider. Leave this connection for a while. Open the properties of the first network adapter connected to the second computer. Navigate to the TCP / IP Internet Protocol Settings. Select "Use the following IP address". Set the IP address for this network adapter to 156.156.156.1.

Step 4

Go to the second computer. Open the TCP / IP Internet Protocol Settings. Enter the following parameters for this network device:

- 156.156.156.2 - IP address

- 255.255.0.0 - Subnet mask

- 156.156.156.1 - The main gateway

- 156.156.156.1 - Preferred DNS server.

Step 5

Go back to the first computer settings. Open the properties of the previously created internet connection. Select the "Access" tab. Allow computers on your local network to use this Internet connection.

Step 6

If after activating sharing, the second network adapter receives a static IP address of 192.168.0.1, change it to the value specified in the third step.
