Step 1
Click on the "My Computer" icon with the right mouse button. Select Properties. Look at the name of the processor, it also contains the processor bit. This method will allow you to find out only basic information.

You can learn more about the processor bit capacity, as well as its other characteristics, using the free CPU-Z program. Download it from the Internet and install it. Run the program. In the first window that appears after its launch, find the line Name. It indicates the processor model and its capacity. Other processor specifications are also listed in this window.

In case you need to find out the most detailed information about the bit rate of the processor, about the technologies that it supports, you will need the AIDA64 program. The program is paid, but you can try the trivial version. Download and install AIDA64 on your PC. Then restart your computer.
Step 4
Run the program. Wait a few seconds while collecting information about the system. In the right window of the program, select the "Motherboard" component. Then select the CPU component from the list of devices that appear. In the next window, find the "Processor Properties" section. The bit depth of the processor is indicated in the "Processor type" line, as well as in the "Instruction set" line.
Step 5
Also in the "Motherboard" section there is a Cupid component. Select it, and then a list of technologies that are supported by modern processors will appear. Opposite each of the technologies is the inscription "Supported" or "Not Supported".
