But not everyone wants to get a freelance title out of self-interest. Step 2
Write a statement to the head (traffic police, district police officers, fishery authorities) asking for the applicant to become a freelance employee.

Prepare a testimonial from the place of work. After checking the questionnaire and a positive answer, bring it to the head of the unit to whom you wrote the application. The description should state that the applicant has never violated the traffic rules, knows the technical characteristics of vehicles, promotes a healthy lifestyle, etc., depending on which freelance employee the application is written for (traffic police, district police officers, fish protection).
Step 5
Prepare 2 photos, original and photocopy of your passport. Submit all documents to the chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate, on whom it depends whether the candidate is worthy to receive this honorary title or not. The term for consideration of the application is 1 month.
Step 6
Pick up the certificate from the ATC personnel department, presenting your passport, and sign the statement with your own hand. The validity of such a certificate is 1 year, which can be extended by collecting the same package of documents. If in the insert to the certificate no entries are made about the work of the "freelancer" during the year, then the renewal of the certificate may be refused.
