First of all, the ability to type quickly is necessary for secretaries, but quality additional plus in the resume is useful to everyone.

Step 1
Type with all ten fingers. This sets the standard position of the fingers on the keyboard, and in the process of typing, each finger is "responsible" for certain keys. For example, the index of the right hand works on the keys: 6, 7, n, z, p, o, t, b; index left - on the keys: 4, 5, k, e, a, p, m, and, etc.
Step 2
Train yourself not to look at the keyboard while typing. Since it is assumed that there is a source from which the text is reprinted, an inept user often tries to type, alternately looking at the source, then at the keyboard, then at the screen, which significantly reduces the speed. Sometimes, concentrating on looking at the keyboard, the unfortunate user looks up at the screen and discovers that he has typed a good part of the text in Latin instead of Cyrillic. You only need to look at the source of the text and at the screen.
Step 3
Exercise regularly in the set. Choose a simple short text for the exercises and type it several times a day, keeping track of the time. It is recommended that you type at least one page of text daily.
At first, work first on the correctness of the set. Your task is to teach your fingers to “fly” the keyboard accurately. This is the stage of consolidating the skill of blind ten-finger typing.
The next step is acceleration. Type the text of the exercise for a while, trying to show the best result each time. Make sure that the increase in typing speed does not affect literacy.
Practice typing numbers and punctuation separately, as they tend to significantly slow down your typing speed.
