The function of modern browsers "Favorites" or "Bookmarks" allows you not to remember links to frequently visited sites, but to store them directly in the browser, so that you can then access the desired resource with one click. When reinstalling the system, you must transfer all links to the newly installed browser.

Instructions
Step 1
Export your Favorites in Internet Explorer. To do this, start the program from the main menu, then click on the "Add to Favorites" button, select the "Import and Export" item. The Export and Import Wizard will start, click the "Next" button in the window that opens.
Step 2
Select the "Export favorites" command, click on the "Next" button. Select the folder you want to save from favorites. To export all links from favorites, select the top-level folder, click the "Next" button. A file named Bookmark.htm will be created in the Documents folder.
Step 3
To change the location for saving your favorites, specify the desired folder, click "Next". In the last window of the wizard, click Finish to complete saving the favorites links from Internet Explorer.
Step 4
Export Bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox. To do this, start the program from the main menu, then go to the "Bookmarks" menu, select the "Manage bookmarks" item, then in a new window select the "Import and Backup" menu at the top of the screen.
Step 5
In this menu, make a backup copy of your bookmarks, it can only be opened in this program. Or select the "Export to HTML" item, in the window that opens, select the location to save the file and its name. Click the Save button.
Step 6
Export bookmarks from the Opera program, to do this, launch the browser, then go to the "Bookmarks" menu, select the "Manage bookmarks" option. Click on the "File" button, select the "Export Opera Bookmarks" menu item. Select the location to save the file with bookmarks, then enter the file name and click "Save".
Step 7
Launch Google Chrome browser to export bookmarks from it. Click on the wrench sign, select "Bookmark Manager". In the window that opens, click "Organize", select the "Export bookmarks" option and save in the same way as in the previous step.
