Download Skype from the official website of the developer and install the resulting program package by double-clicking on the resulting file and following the instructions of the installer. Run the application on your computer and click on the "Register" link.

Using the "Find" option, find your interlocutor by entering his nickname or first and last name in the corresponding fields on the screen.
