If you have a Russian keyboard layout, switch the input language to English by pressing the Shift + Alt or Alt + Ctrl keys. To put a colon in text, hold down the Shift key in the English layout and press the colon key. If you look at the "Enter" button, then this key will be the third from it. There is also another way of putting a colon in the text, which works only on a standard keyboard (101 or more keys).

Method two. In this case, you need the numeric keys located on the right side of the keyboard. It should be noted right away that in this method, the number keys located in a row above the letter keys will be ineffective. Hold down the right "Alt".
