Step 1
First, purchase the toner that matches your laser printer model. Refuel the printer in a well-ventilated area, wearing goggles and a respirator.

Then pull the cartridge out of the printer and divide it in two. Pull the plug that opens the toner hole out of one half of the cartridge and start pouring toner into it using a funnel. In some models of laser printers, the plug may not be removed, since a special hole is adapted for filling the toner.

Without disassembling the cartridge in two halves, you can refill it using a drill. Drill a small hole in the side of the cartridge and refill it, then seal it tightly with tape.
Step 4
To extend the life of the toner cartridge, remember to clean the waste toner box before refilling. To do this, carefully detach the photosensitive drum from the cartridge, not touching its surface with your hands, and also, not allowing it to be in bright light. Then clean the old toner from the drum. Then remove the rubber shaft from the cartridge - it also needs to be cleaned of dust and waste toner. After the shaft, remove the metal scraper from the cartridge and clean the opened waste toner box with a brush and vacuum cleaner.
