Instructions
Step 1
Open Adobe Photoshop and create a new project using the main menu, New item. It is optimal to immediately set the desired image size (in pixels or centimeters), as well as other parameters. As a rule, by default the project can be set automatically with standard dimensions.
Step 2
Take a close look at the drawing tools in the panel on the left. The third block from the top contains the elements "Pen" and "Geometric Shape", which will help in the difficult task of drawing. Draw a line with the pen, creating a new layer. Move the line to the desired location using the tool from the first block. Many operations are carried out using a computer mouse, so move the cursor carefully.
Step 3
Activate the Geometric Shapes tool. Select the type of element to create and its shape. Click on the area of your image and drag the shape to the required size. Pay attention to the Shape inscription - there you will find the most common complex shapes, such as a heart, an envelope, an arrow, and others.
Step 4
If the shape is not positioned as you wanted, move it with the appropriate tool from the first block. Note that you can set the desired location points down to hundredths of a pixel by checking the Show Bounding Box checkbox and selecting one of the outline points.
Step 5
Adobe Photoshop has a wide range of features and different tools. It is enough to study the built-in help for using the program, and you will be able to create good images or correct existing ones. As a rule, there are many free courses on the Internet with which you can learn how to work in graphic editors.
