Necessary

  • - computer;
  • - Nero or Alcohol program.

Instructions

Step 1

To mount the image, make the iso disk image itself, using the original disk and the copying program - Nero or Alcohol. Find a program on the Internet that can create a virtual drive. Alcohol or DaemonTools will work for you. Download the program to your computer hard drive and install it. Can be found at softodrom.ru. Install in the system directory of the hard drive on your computer.

Step 2

Run the program by double-clicking on the shortcut on your desktop. If you have chosen the Alcohol program, then the further algorithm of actions is quite simple. Find the inscription "Virtual Disk" on the left side of the program screen, in the "Settings" section. A special window with program settings will open.

Step 3

In the "Virtual Disk" section, change the number of virtual disks from "0" to "1" (or any number you need, usually one is enough). Check the boxes next to the items below if necessary. Click "OK" to close the preferences window. It is also worth noting that the further formation of sectors in the "My Computer" tab depends on the number of virtual disks.

Step 4

Wait while the program makes changes to the operating system. As a result of its work, a new section will appear under the name "Virtual DVD / CD-drives" with a highlighted letter, for example, G. Right-click on the letter of the virtual drive and select "Mount image" from the menu. In a couple of seconds, you will receive a full-fledged drive in which the disc will be displayed.

Step 5

You can add all the necessary disk images to the main area of the program by clicking on an empty space with the right mouse button and selecting "Add images". The images are easy to manage using the pop-up menu provided by the program.
