Step 1
To carry out a high-quality detailed setting of the disc burning parameters, it is recommended to use the Nero Burning Rom program. Download the version of the program that matches the operating system installed on the computer. Pay special attention to the bitness of the operating system (32 or 64).
Step 2
Install the downloaded program. Run the Nero.exe file. Two windows should open: Nero Burning Rom and New Compilation. Select the type of disc to be burned in the left column of the second window. If you want to burn a disc with mixed file types, then click the NeroExpress button.
Step 3
A new window will open. Select "Data" in the left column. In the right menu, select the type of disc (CD or DVD). Click the Add button. Specify the files you want to burn to disk.
Step 4
Click "Next". Select options for burning a new disc. Set the write speed value, enter the name of the future disc. To start the process of copying files to disk, click the "Burn" button.
Step 5
If you need to burn a disc of a special format, such as a bootable disc, select the corresponding item (DVD-ROM Boot). Specify the path to the image file by clicking the "Browse" button.
Step 6
Open the ISO tab. Set the required options to read the ISO image correctly. Go to the "Sticker" tab. Enter the title to be displayed for this disc. Click the New button.
Step 7
In the right menu of this window, find the files that you want to add to the recordable disc. Drag them to the left menu of the program. After compiling a complete list of recorded files, click the "Record" button.
Step 8
Set the desired disc writing speed. Enable or disable the end multisession feature. In the event that you need to burn several identical discs, enter their number in the "Number of copies" field. Click the Burn button. After the files are written, the DVD drive tray will automatically open.
