FL Studio is a program created by Didier Dambren to record music. It will be formed by the route of recording and mixing of the material. The final product can be presented in various formats: for example, MP3, WAV or OGG.
Instructions
Step 1
Start the program and turn on the mixer by clicking on the corresponding icon (it is located among the others on the control panel). After that, a tab will appear in front of you, on the right side of which the drivers will be listed. Select one, through which the recording will be carried out (for example, Realtek, if it is installed on your computer). Close the tab.
Step 2
Next, click on the record button. In the menu that opens, click on the column titled "Audio into the playlist as an audioclip". Once you do this, the countdown will begin. The interval will be equal to three seconds. When they expire, recording will start. When necessary, stop it by pressing the "Stop" button. This completes the process of creating an audio file.
Step 3
However, do not forget that any record will still need to be processed. Open the created file in the program. Click on it and bring it to the mixer channel (let's say, to the fifth one). To do this, reopen the tab that was discussed in the first step. In addition, you must enable Limiter. It is with the help of it that you can get rid of the noise generated when creating a recording. You can make all other settings to your taste (work with plugins, for example).
Step 4
If you want to overlay your recording with music, then use such a convenient program as Adobe Audition. It is quite simple to operate, and therefore a beginner in this business can cope with it. And in order to immediately record on the so-called minus, click on the "Multitrack" button. In the window that opens, select the tracker you like and add music there. Then press the "З" button (if you are using the English version, then you will need the "R"). Then click on the record icon.
