Control settings in Counter Strike are not always easy to change - sometimes, after using various mods and patches, some parameters get lost, and this can only be fixed by entering special commands from the console.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Counter Strike game settings and go to the Multiplayer options. Next open Advansed and select Right Handed or Left Handed controls, right or left hand respectively. Apply changes. Please note that in unlicensed versions of the game it often happens that this option of changing the hand in the COP does not work. This is also possible after using various add-ons for the game.
Step 2
If the previous point did not help you, open the console by pressing the “~” key and write the setting “cl_righthand 1” to change the control to the right hand. If you need to change the control for the left hand, use the input “cl_righthand 0“in the same console.
Step 3
Using the console, you can change not only the control settings, use other cheat codes to change the game parameters. Enter the code "sv_cheats 1", after which you can activate the entry of other codes, for example, “god” for invulnerability, “impulse 101” to gain access to some types of weapons. Entering “noclip” allows you to pass through walls, and “fly” activates a mode in which you can fly.
Step 4
If you are playing online Counter Strike on your server, increase the number of bots by entering the following cheat codes into the console: “add_bot”, “add_bot ct” or “add_bot t” depending on their type. This code is also available in normal game mode.
Step 5
To increase the player's jump, enter “sv_gravity 500”, “sv_gravity 550” or “sv_gravity 400” into the console, after which its height will change. You can also change the crosshair parameter using the “cl_crosshairscale 40000” code, after that it will become smaller. Most cheat codes will not work in multiplayer unless you are a server administrator.
