Some users need to work in different operating systems for one purpose or another. To accomplish this task, you can install both OSs on the same hard drive.

Instructions
Step 1
The easiest option is to install operating systems on different hard drives. The advantage of this method is that you can install any pair of operating systems. You do not need to configure boot sectors or perform similar manipulations. Naturally, it is suitable only for those users who have two or more hard drives at their disposal. Sanach, disconnect all hard drives except one. Insert the installation disc of the first operating system into the drive and turn on the PC.
Step 2
Run Windows Setup. Select the hard disk partition where this system will be located. Format it if required. Configure additional OS settings. Wait until the installation of the first operating system is completed on the selected hard drive. Install the correct drivers and configure the features that are important to you.
Step 3
Shut down your computer and disconnect the first hard drive. Connect the second hard drive. Replace the installation disc with one with a different system. Turn on your computer and install a second copy of Windows. Follow the procedures in the previous step after completing the installation of the new system. Shut down your computer and reconnect the first hard drive.
Step 4
You now have two operating systems, each located on a separate hard drive. After turning on the computer, press and hold the F8 key (different motherboard models may have different function keys). After a while, a window will appear containing a list of devices from which the download can be continued. These are usually hard drives and DVD drives connected to your computer.
Step 5
To start the required operating system, select the hard drive on which it is installed and press the Enter key. If you use one of the systems much more often, then open the BIOS menu and set the boot priority from the desired hard disk.
