Step 1
In order to start the installation, you need to insert the disc with the program into the drive and restart the computer.

The next step is to prepare the disk space. This must be approached responsibly so as not to lose information. If you install Linux on a blank disk, then there will be no problems.

Next, you need to select a partition on your hard drive where you will install the system. If you have a blank hard drive, you can instruct the program to choose the path yourself. If not, then first save all the data, and then entrust this matter to the program.

The next step is to select the packages to install. There are two ways: the first is to choose one of the installation options for programs (work, home, etc.), or turn on the package selection switch and configure everything yourself. When you have selected all the programs you need, be sure to check the checkbox for "check dependencies", as some of them may depend on each other.

This is followed by the configuration of the devices and the GUI. There is nothing complicated here, just if you ask about the type (two-button, etc.) of the mouse, you will need to specify it. If you are installing the system on a home computer, then the question "Do you need to configure the network?" you must answer "no", if not, then instruct the program to do it yourself.

Next, you need to select an administrator password. This is done so that a regular user cannot damage the system by deleting any important file. Now the installation is almost complete and the system is ready to go, but the program will ask you one more question: "Do you want to install the boot loader?" If there are no other operating systems besides Linux, then nothing needs to be installed.
