Step 1
Since system recovery is performed by limiting the operation of some files and drivers, the developers have simplified access to Safe Mode as much as possible. Safe mode is accessed after turning on the computer before starting the main boot of the operating system. To start Safe Mode, at the screen following the Memory Test and Identifying Installed Hard Drives, press the function key F8.
Step 2
You will see a menu that lists all the options for booting the operating system, including Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Some Options, and Normal Windows Boot. After selecting the appropriate menu item, start the safe mode of the computer, in which you can track the system changes that led to the problems.

Starting Safe Mode on a laptop is a little more difficult, although the general boot principle is the same in this case. However, the usual F8 key does not call the menu of the standard bootloader. Therefore, you should act differently. On one of the first screens after turning on, when the laptop displays a list of available options for a few seconds by pressing the function keys F1… F12, press one of these keys. On different laptops, different keys are responsible for the boot menu, so if you do not know the desired button in advance, you will have to find it with the usual search and several reboots.

After you get into the pre-boot menu, press F8 and you will see the familiar Windows bootloader with the option to select safe mode on the laptop.
