A modern accountant often works not with one organization, but with several. Such high work efficiency is achieved due to the automation of document management in general, using computers and special programs - for example, such as 1C. To work with one more client, the accountant just needs to connect one more database to the 1C shell.

Instructions
Step 1
Find the installation file of the 1C database through the "File Manager" or through the shortcut on the desktop. Double click on it with the mouse to bring up the initial menu for loading the program. The 1C program will prompt you to select the client whose documentation you want to work with - the databases are presented in the list of the window that appears. To add a new client, the "Add" button is specially provided.
Step 2
The "Registration Information Base" window will open. On the top line, you need to write the name of the organization (you can specify an abbreviated version), and on the bottom line - the path to the database on your computer's hard drive. To set the path using the "File Manager" click on the button with dots. You can come up with different names for the database, but it is worth noting the fact that a personal computer can contain a large number of different files, so try to use names that you understand.
Step 3
Find the folder with the database of the new organization by following the path from the root directory. Confirm your decision by clicking the "OK" button, and then again - to close the registration window. Now a new organization will appear in the list of client bases, and to work with its documents, you will need to select it in the list and press the "Ok" button. Access to the documents of the organization will be immediately carried out after loading the program into the operating system.
Step 4
In general, databases should be stored in a secure location. Try to create backups and store them on portable media, as well as use special antivirus software on your computer. Update the signature databases regularly so that your computer system is always protected.
