Step 1
If you cannot delete the damaged folder in the standard way (folder menu - delete), you can do it in two ways. In the first case, you just need to restart your computer. The second case involves the use of special software. Let's consider each of the options in more detail.
Step 2
Restart your computer. It is unnecessary to perform this operation by means of the corresponding button on the system unit (it is intended for forced reboot). Open the start menu and select the shutdown section from it. Here you need to click on the "Restart" icon. After the system has been restarted, select the desired folder and delete it in the standard way: select it, then press the “Delete” button and confirm the deletion. If the folder is not deleted in this case, you need to use special software.

Alternatively, the Uninstall Tool can handle this task. You can download it online. The application is paid, however, it provides a thirty-day trial period. After downloading the Uninstall Tool, install it on your PC and reboot the system.
Step 4
Run the installed program. Delete the folder in the standard way. When uninstalling, an informer will appear that the application cannot be uninstalled. Click OK and wait a few seconds. The program will prompt you to terminate processes with this folder. Confirm the offer and delete the problematic folder again.
