Then lift the cover of the scanning device and secure it with the special stop. Then open the paper receiving tray.

After that, you will find a compartment with cartridges. They can move while opening the lid. Wait for the cartridges to stop, but under no circumstances try to brake them or hold the latch yourself, otherwise you may damage the printer. Also, try not to touch the print head, otherwise you will have to contact the wizard for help.

In most printer models, ink cartridges are in a special fixing box that closes at the top. Open it and, pressing slightly on the front, lower the cartridge down and pull it out of the compartment. In the same way, if necessary, remove other cartridges. By the way, it is best to replace all the ink blocks at once, after which it will be necessary to align the printheads.

If the inside of the printer is stained with ink, gently wipe off the dirt with a soft dry cloth or paper.

When removing the cartridge, be careful not to get your hands or clothing dirty.
Step 8
When replacing ink, do not touch metal or other parts of the printer. And do not leave the device without cartridges for a long time, so that the printing elements of the device do not dry out. Therefore, try to replace used cartridges with new ones immediately.
