Autostart of the program is possible from any media that is connected to the computer. To do this, the media must have an autorun.inf file with the necessary autorun parameters. To create an autorun program from a USB flash drive, you need to make some settings in the system.

Instructions
Step 1
Copy the program for which you want to create an autorun onto the media. Please note that not all programs can be run from media. Bulky applications will not work correctly from a flash drive. Autorun is best implemented for small programs that do not require memory.
Step 2
Create an autorun.inf file and copy it to the media. You can create a file of this type in a regular notepad by giving it the inf extension and filling in the required fields. You can launch the Notepad application from the Start menu, Accessories section. You can also create it in another editor. In any case, you will need to save it in the inf format so that the system can recognize this file.
Step 3
Fill in all the blocks in the file. For example, a simple example of an author looks like this:

In this case, you must clearly indicate the points of each variable in the autorun file. The action parameter is responsible for the text that will be visible to the user at startup. The icon item allows you to attach any label, and the label item is used to insert description text. Each file for the autorun of a specific program must be created in a new category.
Step 4
Enable autorun in your operating system if such a service has been disabled previously. Type gpedit.msc in the Run box and hit enter. Follow the path "Computer Configuration", then "Administrative Templates", "System". The autorun field has three types of values: enabled, disabled, and not specified. Select "Enabled".

In general, we can say that it is not difficult to start the autorun of any program, but it is worth considering the fact that some failures may occur in the computer when several programs are launched automatically.
