Step 1
Naturally, the best way to find and install the correct driver versions is to download them from the official website of the manufacturer of your video card model. If you are using an ATI video adapter (Radeon Graphics Cards), please visit https://www.amd.com/ru. Go to the Support & Drivers page. Find the Download Drivers menu on the right side of the window and fill it in.
Step 2
First select a category. For stationary computers, it is better to use Desktop Graphics. In the next field, enter your product line, such as Radeon 7xxx Series. Select your graphics card model, for example Radeon 7200 for 7250 graphics. Select the operating system that is installed on your computer or laptop and click the View Results button.
Step 3
Download the Catalyst Software Suite. Install this application, restart your computer to apply the new settings, and configure your graphics card. If you are the owner of an nVidia video card, then visit the site https://www.nvidia.ru/page/home.html. Open the Drivers menu and navigate to Download Drivers. Fill in a similar menu and download the nVidia Control Panel software. Install it and restart your computer.
Step 4
If you could not choose the appropriate driver yourself, then download and install the Sam Drivers program. Run the RuhThis.exe file and go to the "Driver Installation" menu. Wait while the utility scans the connected hardware and selects driver files for it.
Step 5
Select one or more items related to the video adapter with a tick and click the "Install" button. Select the Typical Installation option from the pop-up menu. Restart your computer and adjust the settings for the video card. Please note that it is better to use original programs taken from official resources.
