The screensaver, also called screensaver or screen saver, is very easy to change. Besides the fact that you can change the picture itself, there are many more screensaver-related functions that can also be controlled.
Instructions
Step 1
There are at least two ways to open the Screensaver tab in Windows.
Click the "Start" button and select "Settings" and then "Control Panel".
If you have a classic menu view, find the "Display" icon and double-click on it with the left mouse button. In the window that appears, click on the "Screensaver" tab.
Step 2
If your menu is categorized, select Appearance and Themes. From this window, you can go directly to the "Screensaver" tab by selecting the task labeled "Screensaver selection". Or, by clicking the "Display" icon, select the "Screensaver" tab in the "Display Properties" window.
Step 3
By selecting the "Screensaver" drop-down menu, you can view the entire list of screensavers installed on your computer. Each time you highlight a screensaver name in the menu, the selected screensaver will be displayed on a thumbnail of your screen. If you want to quickly see all the options and you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, just select one line in the drop-down menu and turn the wheel.
Step 4
Once you have found a splash screen that suits you, you can start optimizing it. Go to the "Options" menu by clicking the corresponding button to the right of the drop-down menu. There are different modifiable parameters for different screensavers. For example, the "My Pictures" screensaver will change pictures from the folder you specified on your screen. You can set the frequency of changing the image, how many percent of the screen will be occupied by drawings or photographs, whether you want to display file names and stretch small images. The creeping line screensaver allows you not only to enter any phrase you like, but also to select the background and font color, the font itself, the position of the creeping line and the speed at which it will "run" across the screen.
Step 5
Right there, on the "Screensaver" tab, you can change the time after which the computer will turn on the screensaver. This can be done in the "Interval" menu.
Step 6
The "Power" button located at the bottom calls the "Properties: Power supply" window. In it, you can change the parameters of energy saving, sleep mode, connect an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
After you have set all the parameters you need, you can immediately accept them by clicking the "Apply" button or see first how the splash screen will look on your screen by selecting the "View" button. If everything suits you, click "Apply".
