Step 1
Synchronization needs to be configured depending on the operating system installed on your mobile device. Today, one of the most common operating systems for mobile devices is Windows Mobile. On her example, the process of synchronizing a device with a computer running Windows will be considered.
Step 2
To work, you need the Windows Mobile Device Center application. You can find it on the official Microsoft website, it is free. You need to download exactly for your OS version. Also, in some cases, this application may be included in the distribution of the operating system. Install it on your computer.
Step 3
After installation, click "Start". Then select "All Programs". Select Windows Mobile Device Center from the list of programs, and then connect your device to your computer. In the program window you will see the notification "Status - connected".

After that, in the program menu, select "Mobile access settings", then - "Device settings". A window will appear in which you can mark the synchronization points. Just check the box next to the data you want to sync and click "Next".
Step 5
In the next window, enter the name of the device under which the data will be saved, for example, "My Smartphone" or others. Proceed further. Synchronization will then start. Upon completion, a report will appear. You can see all the data by running the Office Outlook application on your computer, which is included in the Microsoft Office package.
Step 6
At any time in the program menu, you can change the synchronization settings, for example, select other synchronization objects. Alternatively, enable automatic syncing, which will run in the background every time you connect your mobile device to your computer.
