The popularity of torrent trackers is growing, and with it the number of questions about working with torrent clients is increasing. One of the problems for users is resuming the distribution of downloaded files that were moved to a different folder on the computer, or deleted from the distribution list in the torrent client.
Instructions
Step 1
To join the distribution of a file or folder that you have moved on your computer, but the torrent itself remains in the list, you need to right-click on the torrent name and select "Update hash" in the context menu. You will be prompted to specify the path to the new location of the file or folder, after which the torrent client will update the data and the distribution will begin.
Step 2
To start distributing a torrent that has been removed from the list in the client, but the file or folder itself remains unchanged on the computer, you need to re-download the torrent file on the torrent tracker and run it on your computer. The torrent will appear in the list and distribution will begin. Please note that the distribution will start only at the moment other users access this torrent.
