Instructions
Step 1
Open your browser and go to the following link: https://operafan.net/component/option, com_remository / Itemid, 72 / func, fileinfo / id, 35 /. Download the file, perform a virus scan without fail and copy it with the right mouse button using the context menu.
Step 2
If you have Opera 8 versions installed on your computer, shut it down after saving all the necessary data. Open your local drive and find the folder with the installed browser among the programs. Go to a directory called Opera85 and find the user preferences folder in the Styles directory. It is usually called User. Paste the previously copied downloaded no_flash.css file there.
Step 3
Find the OperaDef6.ini file in the folder and open it using the standard Notepad utility. At the very end of the list in the editor, add the following lines: Name 12 = Disable FlashFile 12 = C: Program FilesOpera85stylesuser

Step 4
Launch your browser, open its settings and open the "Advanced" tab. In the content settings, go to the style settings menu, check all the available items.
Step 5
In the author mode menu, open the drop-down list and select the last item "Disable flash". Start user mode and use this item. Apply and save your changes.

If you have Opera 9 versions installed, run the opera user preference configuration: config # UserPrefs | LocalCSSFilesDirectory. Copy the no_flash.css file you downloaded into the Styles folder.
Step 7
Start the browser, open its appearance settings. In the menu "Style" check the box next to the item no_flash.css, apply and save the changes. Restart your browser or computer if necessary.
