Step 1
Unpack the flash drive without damaging the device. Any damage can cause inoperability.
Step 2
Connect this device to the Usb port. This port is located on the front panel of the system unit or on the rear panel. Basically, these ports are paired on the front panel.
Step 3
Install software required for operation and flash media settings. Some flash drives have drivers, they are also recommended to be installed for correct operation.
Step 4
After installing the software and drivers, run the Flash Media Setup Utility.
Step 5
In the window that appears, select the section you are interested in. You can customize many settings for your flash media. For example, prohibiting recording without administrator rights. You can set a password for access to flash media, etc.
