If a particular malfunction occurs with the speakers, you can take them to the service center, or you can, if you wish, disassemble them and independently determine the cause of the breakdown, or maybe eliminate it.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the protective mesh from the front of the speakers. In some Genius models, they are attached using special latches around the perimeter of the speaker, and in some they are simply inserted into specially designed connectors. Unscrew all fasteners available in your field of view from the back cover of the "secondary" speaker. It can be recognized by the absence of controls and switches.
Step 2
Also remove the back cover from the main speaker - be careful here, as it contains additional fasteners. Be careful with the wires so you don't have to re-solder them.
Step 3
Unscrew the front panel cover fasteners and remove the speakers from the speakers. Be careful not to damage their component parts. Be sure not to damage the speakers; place them only on a clean, flat surface. Unscrew all remaining screws, reassemble the speakers in reverse order.
Step 4
Please note that although there are differences between Genius and non-Genius computer speaker models, the layout may be quite similar. For example, in the case when you need to disassemble 5.1 or 7.1 speakers, the disassembly is almost the same, with some exceptions for the peculiarities inherent in any models.
Step 5
If your speaker system has a warranty period, read the manufacturer's terms and conditions, since the analysis of complex household appliances in most cases releases him from obligations. Also, in this case, try to disassemble the device, leaving as few traces of mechanical interference as possible.
Step 6
If possible, provide the repair of the speakers to the specialists of the service centers, since breakdowns are not always easy, sometimes troubleshooting requires certain skills.
