Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the system and go to the "All Programs" item to perform the operation of opening an existing database of Microsoft Office Access using the "Windows Explorer" program.

Point to "Windows Explorer" and run the program.
Step 3
Find the folder or disk containing the database to be opened and double-click on the required object to open it.

Return to the All Programs menu and launch Microsoft Office Access to open the required database using the application itself.

Expand Microsoft Office and choose Open.

Specify the path to the folder containing the existing application database to be opened in the "Folder" field and select the required one.

Define the open database to create the desktop shortcut and arrange all open windows to be able to access the computer's desktop.
