Step 1
Scan the document you want and save it in JPEG or.

Go to the website www.djvu.ru and download the DjVSolo program in version v3.1. This program is absolutely free, and its interface is very convenient and straightforward to work with.

Open the first picture of the scanned document in the downloaded program. Run the Edit / Append Page (s) command and add all the other images in this document in order.

After all the pictures are loaded, execute the command File / Encode As DjVu. After a short period of time, the file will be saved in the specified location already in DjVu format. But when saving the created document, specify the original resolution and type of the originally uploaded images. A big plus of working with this program is that the volume of the resulting document is almost 35 times less than the volume of the original images, and the quality of the image, both on a computer and when printing, is no worse. DjVu documents can be created using other programs such as Any2djvu. The only difference is that in this case it is possible to work only with scanned images of a small size, since there are limitations in the processed information and it takes more time.
