Step 1
Download, install and run Photoscape version 3.6. Open the.
Step 2
Add the animation pictures you want to glue to the program. This can also be done in several ways.

The first is using the panel with the functionality of Windows Explorer, which is located in the upper left under the main menu. Select the desired folder, after that the graphic files that are in it will appear below. Drag the required ones to the center of the program.

The second is about using the "Add" button, which is located in the upper right part of the program. Click on it, in the drop-down menu select the topmost item "Add photo". In the new window, select the files you want and click "Open".

Third - press Insert on your keyboard, select the files you want and click "Open".

Pay attention to the panel at the top of the program. Before it was empty, but now frames of the GIF-animation pictures you added have appeared on it. You can swap these frames: first select them (just like in Windows Explorer, you can use the Ctrl and Shift keys for group selection), and then drag them to the desired place with the mouse.
Step 7
To play the animation, click on the "Start animation" button, it is located in the upper right part of the screen and is depicted in the form of the familiar Play triangle. To stop - on "Stop animation" (Stop square).

To save the result, click on the "Save" button, which is located in the upper right part of the utility (or use the shortcut keys Ctrl + S), select the path for the file, give it a name and click "Save".
