A braking computer is just hell. If your computer starts to spin down, try a few simple steps to clean it up.
Instructions
Step 1
In most modern computers, the ventilation ducts are completely ill-conceived. Therefore, every 3-4 months it is recommended to clean the computer from dust with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.
Be sure to clean the CPU cooler and power supply. Dust deposited in them contributes to overheating and can cause breakdown.
Step 2
Over time, a lot of garbage accumulates on the hard disk - system logs, browser cache and cookies, leftover files from remote programs, etc. You can clean the HDD from debris using the CCleaner program.
Step 3
When you turn on your computer, the operating system loads many applications, some of which you do not need at the moment.
To remove programs from startup, you can also use CCleaner, or run the msconfig command (Start - Run for Windows XP, and in Windows 7, you can simply enter the command into the search bar by clicking Start). Go to the "Startup" tab and disable all programs that are not required to start at startup.
