Adobe Photoshop, like many other editors, has enough features to create icons. Its difference is that it supports the loading of ready-made operations for editing icons, which you can use when creating them.

Instructions
Step 1
Download and install Adobe Photoshop on your computer. Absolutely any version of this graphic editor is suitable here, since other programs can also cope with the creation of icons, which are the most easy to manage and work with files of the.ico extension - this is the format supported by icons.
Step 2
Purchase a mandatory software license. Register the software product via the Internet or phone, if you have not done so before. Launch Adobe Photoshop and choose to create a new file.
Step 3
Set it to the required size, then draw the main elements of the picture using the toolbar on the left. Edit the image using the appropriate menu at the top, if necessary, apply special filters to give one or another effect. Save the files in the appropriate resolution.
