Step 1
First of all, you need to make sure that the cartridge needs a new refill. Remove it from the printer, shake it several times, and put it back in. If the print is still of poor quality, then the cartridge will still need to be refilled.
Step 2
Pull the cartridge out of the printer. You will see that it consists of two parts, which are fastened together either with special latches or latches.

Calmly separate the two pieces and gently shake out the waste powder.

Take a brush or paintbrush and scrub off any old baked toner. In order to do this efficiently, you will need to remove the photosensitive drum. You can easily identify it - it will be pink or blue.
