Instructions
Step 1
The connection of two avi-files can be done using a huge number of video editing software, both paid and free. However, the best software for simple editing is Pinnacle Studio, which is designed for non-linear editing. This program is paid, but in terms of functions and intuitive interface it is unlikely to find free analogues. Install the Pinnacle Studio software on your computer and activate it with a license key. Then run the program.
Step 2
After starting the program, open the video editing mode by pressing the button with the icon in the form of a video camera. A kind of file manager will open in the upper part of the program window, with which you can specify the path to the required avi-file for the program. Then open it with a double click. After that, a storyboard of the video file will appear in the upper part of the program window. Select all the frames and drag them onto the timeline at the bottom of the Pinnacle Studio window. Then, in the same way, open the second video file that you want to connect to the first. After selecting his entire storyboard, transfer it to the editing tape in the same way.
Step 3
Save the Pinnacle Studio project after connecting the two video files to the timeline. To do this, use the Ctrl + S keyboard shortcut or the "File" -> "Save As …" command sequence. After saving, click on the "Output movie" button located in the upper left part of the window. In the movie output settings, select the destination folder for saving, as well as the format of the future file - avi. After the procedure for creating a movie, a video file created from two avi-files will be located in the folder you specified.
